New Mansion Square - Up to £6,000 Deposit Boost
1. Peabody will contribute a total of £6,000 as a one-off deduction when your home
completes.
2. The £6,000 incentive will require you to purchase a minimum 25% share. You will
need to exchange contracts within 42 working days of the legal pack being issued
and complete within 10 working days of exchange of contracts.
3. The maximum incentive is £6,000 on one bedroom home of the Lumiere Edition
New Mansion Square. As an example, for a home with a full market value home of
£600,000 a 25% share price is £150,000. The total deduction of monies at
completion would equal £6,000.
4. The maximum value of any incentive is £6,000.
5. This incentive is available on selected 1-bedroom homes

7. This offer is available at the sole discretion of Peabody and not to be used in
conjunction with any other offers.
8. Peabody reserves the right to withdraw or alter this offer at any time prior to payment

10. This offer is valid for new reservations taken from 2 October 2024 to 31

11. Peabody will not be responsible for direct payments to any lenders or third parties. All
other monthly commitment charges will remain as advised. It is the responsibility of
the purchasers to pay all monthly commitment charges, including payment of rent,
service charges, ground rent and mortgage payments.
The Auria - Stamp Duty and asking price contribution*
1. SDLT (stamp duty land tax) contribution up to the value of £15,000. Deducted from completion statement at time of completion
2. Discount off asking price up to the value of £15,000. Reduced from purchase price on reservation

City Angel - £6,000 Service Charge Covered
1. Incentive available for reservations on studio apartments only.
2. Monies up to the stated value of the incentive will be available in the form of cashback and deducted from the completion which can be used to pay service charge in advance.
3. No cash or BACS payment will be made to purchasers.
4. Value of incentive capped at £6,000 and is based on 5% of the 25% share value of the property reserved.
5. Incentive payable upon completion of property sale contracts.
6. Purchaser will be responsible for assigning monies to the value of this incentive accordingly.
7. Purchaser will be responsible for arranging for the cashback to pay the service charge in advance.
8. Incentive available per individual household/home sold and cannot be used with any other offer.
9. Offer valid on reservation taken from 9th December 2024 - 28 February 2025
